THE SHOP’S REGULATIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Internet shop that can be found at www.buty-markowe..pl  enables the customers to purchase shoes via the Internet. To make a purchase in our shop one should choose the product (Model, size), put into the cart and click the “place order” button and also fill in the order form. After submitting the order form you will receive email informing on the order so that the order is realised, then you have to confirm the order (click the link given in the email).
2. With payment through bank transfer the ordered products are sent as soon as the transfer has arrived.
3. Placing and order means that you entered into purchase-sales contract is with our company.
4. The moment when you receive the shipment the sales contract is fulfilled by our shop.
5. The customer is bound to, in any case, perform duty of care connected with receiving the shipment over loss of claims.
6.Shop  will put effort so that data published are devoid of errors or defaults. Faulty data do not entitle the customer to any claim.

PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT CONDITIONS

1. The prices in the Internet shop  are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in PLN, EUR, GBP, USD, CZK, HUF, RUB, SKK, UAH,CRD                                                                                             

2. The goods are shipped via the National Post in Europe and Russia, exclusively by means of priority mail.
4. Realisation time is time the shipment will reach you. This time includes realisation time and the time the Polish Post or courier needs to provide the shipment to the given address. Realisation time can vary between 5 to 14 working days depending on the Polish Post.

PLACING AND REALISING ORDERS

1. The email address that has been given by the user may be used for the purpose of realising the orders placed.
2. The basic condition for realising the placed order is correctly filled in the order form made available by the  shop.
3. Under unfavourable circumstances that make it impossible in a time-limited or non-limited way to realise the order placed, the shop stipulates the right to withhold the realisation of the order – the customer will be notified with no delay on this fact.
4. Order forms that are not appropriately filled in will not be taken into account.
5. The goods purchased are despatched to the address that was shown in the order form.
7. The customer has the right to choose the way of delivering the goods, in consistence with the order form.
7. Shipment costs are paid by the purchaser. In some cases shown by the shop the shipment payment may be paid by the shop.

CANCELLING ORDER

You can cancel your order by sending in email your ID number of the order. Attention! We cannot cancel the order that has already been shipped.

RETURNS

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving the exact reason within 10 days from receiving the shipment. The goods have to be sent at the cost of the customer, this cost and shipment costs are not returned. Together with the goods the customer must send the receipt and a statement that you withdraw from the purchase and you should also give your name and address and bank account number that should be used for transferring the money. The returned merchandise should be in the original packaging and can bear no sign of using.

EXCHANGE

1. All the products that have been purchased are subject to exchange if they are sent back within 10 days counting from the day of receiving them. If the size does not fit you can have the shoes exchange for the same model of different size bearing the cost of sending NOT USED shoes to us. Please, ask before if the size that you wish to receive is currently available. If it is not we will try to exchange it as soon as possible. If it is not possible (e.g. this model has been sold out) we can offer some other available shoes or return the money. Attention! Only not used goods are subject to exchange! It means that the exchanged goods must not be used, must be clean, odourless, have all labels, logos, must be sent back in the original box with a receipt.
2. If the price of the new merchandise is higher then we will ask you to pay the excess and costs of the next shipment.
3. If the price of the new merchandise is lower than the returned one we will return the difference minus the cost of the next shipment.

GUARANTEE AND CLAIMS

1. The goods in our internet shop  are under 12-month guarantee of the producer consistent with the current law.
2. If the received goods are faulty, was damaged during shipment or is inconsistent with the order, then send it straight away or within 10 days from receiving the shipment back by post to the company. The costs connected with claims are paid by the customer.
3. All accidental or purposeful mechanic damages (gashes, cuts etc.) and also damages caused by inappropriate or negligent use. The claimed goods must be clean. Otherwise we may refuse to accept the claim.
4.The basis for claim is receipt.
5. The claimed product along with contact address, telephone number and fault description should be sent at the cost of the customer via post to: Marcin Uszak, ul. Marcinkowskiego 10h/8 , 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski.
6. The claim will be considered within 14 days and then sent back to the given address.

REGISTERING

If you want to be our customer you need to register. Thanks to this you will avoid laborious writing your personal data and shipment address every time you place the order. The condition necessary for good registering is giving consent to process your personal data in accordance with the act dated July 18th 2002, on the protection of personal data (Legal Journal no. 144, item 1204).

MAILING NEWSLETTER

Every user that logs in our shop as a Customer of Subscriber is put in our user database. This database enables our shop to send information about new products and promotions. We do not send e-mails to people who are not in our database, we do not use SPAM. If you received an email with information on promotions or new products this means that you are in our database and accept to receive such mail. If you do not wish to receive such news in the future, please, send us an email giving your LOGIN, STATUS (Customer, Subscriber) and the approximate date of registering in our service.

PERSONAL DATA

1. The Internet shop  limits sending and collecting data about customers to absolute minimum necessary for selling and sending goods, this includes: electronic address, personal and address data. This information is not given to any other person and it is used to realise customers orders and informing customers on new products. Your data will be used by is in accordance with the act dated August 29th 1997, on the protection of personal data exclusively to realise your orders and will not be accessed by any external subjects. Each customer has the right to view and correct his data and also to stop it being used by expressing that wish in writing.

FINAL RESOLUTIONS

1. In cases not stated in these regulations Civil codex is valid and also acts concerning protection of some customer rights and responsibility for damages done by dangerous products dated March 31st 2000 Legal journal 22, item 271).
